Minton Majolica Pottery Hanging Planters

A rare pair of majolica planters with original brass fittings marked W Winfield Registered June 13 1851. The planters measure 14.5 inches across by 10 inches high. One has had several repairs to the bowl and screw in fitting area. The other one is in good order bar the odd chip. There appears to be no breaks or losses, just chipping restored. Marked MINTON to both bowls. C 1870,s.
