Shaft & Globe Wine Bottle Earl of Coventry Croome Court

Exceptional bucket body shaft and globe wine bottle recently found on private land adjacent to Croome Court in Worcestershire. This find has been well documented in various publications and the bottle was from that dig. Beautiful golden patination all over the bottle adds to its appeal with only minor flaking. Originally the bottle would have been sealed for the Earl of Coventry but this is now missing. Height 8 inches, width 6 inches. No damage to the string rim.
