Antique Treen Grain Measure LCC

Here we have a rare Victorian beech wood grain measure stamped VR 67 LCC Quart. Lovely turned wooden base with good colour and condition. Height 9 inches, width 4 inches. The London County Council was formed from 1889 so this would date from the final 11 years of Queen Victoria,s reign. No splits, a few old scattered worm holes and a tiny chip to base. C1890/1901.
