Stirling Scotch Whisky Water Pub Jug Glasgow London

Fabulous early whisky pub jug for Stirling Old Lowland Scotch Whisky. Made by A.L.Clarke & Co Ltd of Glasgow and London. Potters mark for EP & Co (Empire Porcelain) Stoke on Trent England. This company began in 1896 and stopped using the mark around 1912. The word England was added on all pottery and porcelain around 1891 so this jug would date to the late Victorian/early Edwardian period. Height 6.1/4 inches, width 4 inches. Light wear to front image, some gilt rim losses and one tiny lip chip restored.
