German Salt Glaze Stoneware Plain Bellarmine Jug

A wild example of a simple plain small jug with fabulous glazing. The body has numerous touch marks and glaze drips adding to its appeal. The neck has been slightly squashed in the kiln from the weight of other pots and made the mouth area irregular. Height 6.3/4 inches, width 5 inches. No chips or cracks. German C1650.
