Globular Apple Green Glass Onion Bottle

A striking bright apple green bottle with jagged pontil mark. The glass has lots of air bubbles and impurities all adding to its appeal. Likely to be an apothecary globe and dating to the late 18th century. Wonderful wobbly lip on this one! Height 11 inches, width 9 inches. General light scratches to centre of body but no chips or cracks. Full gloss surface. English C1790/1800
