Antique Sea Shell Conch Copper Food Jelly Mould

Here we have an early heavy gauge copper food mould in the form of a sea shell conch. The sides are dressed with acanthus leaves. No marks. Length 7 inches, height 5 inches. This mould is not a folded seamed example found on later moulds but a single sheet of pressed copper. Minor dents only, no holes or repairs. English, c1870/80. Never seen another so a rare mould!
