Long Neck Mallet William Daniell 1754

William Daniell 1754. Exceptional long necked mallet with full gloss surface. Height 10 inches, width 4.25 inches. Tiny nibble on string rim only. No cracks. The neck is 5 inches long!! No confirmed provenance but Burton suggests Wiltshire as a possibility due to a broken seal in the Trowbridge museum.**This bottle was originally in the David Westcott collection and featured in his seminal catalogue of 1979 Australia.
