William 1V Stoneware Ale Tavern Tankard Selley Kensal Green

A lovely looking antique tankard made for the William the 4th tavern in Kensal Green London. The feel of the tankard makes it look 18th century but the pub only exists from 1837 so would date from the early years of its existence. Height 7 inches, width 4.5 inches. A couple of old chips to base and a couple of tiny nibbles to rim, no cracks.c1837 onwards.
