Painter Ship & Turtle Tavern Doulton Pot

A very rare advertising pot made for the Ship & Turtle Tavern in Leadenhall St London. This would have contained turtle soup! This version with highly decorative transfer printing is the first example I have seen in 50 years.Marked Doulton Lambeth. Height 6 inches. No damage.
