Berry & Warmington Ironstone Slab.

A good example of a long rectangular slab with transfer print for Weighwell Service Berry & Warmington Liverpool and Manchester. These slabs are also seen with LIPTON and were used to serve various food stuffs in the grocers/retail shops. No crazing cracks or stains. Length 15 inches, width 9 inches. A couple of letters and numbers are impressed on the underside. Late 19th century.
